Human pancreas and SC-beta phosphoproteomics


ABSTRACT: Using quantitative phosphoproteomic analysis of human islets and human stem-cell-derived islets (SC-islets), we show that mTORC1 inhibition with Torin-1 or rapamycin induces significant alterations in the phosphorylation profile of human islet cells.
