Proteomic analysis of leucine effect on OMM protein turnover in C. elegans overexpressing cdc-48

ABSTRACT: This project is to investigate whether and how leucine affects endogenous OMM protein stability in C. elegans overexpressing cdc-48. Whole worm and enriched mitochondria samples (with/without leucine and/or CHX treatment) were measured.
