Proteomics of cyanidin 3-O-galactoside to alleviate LPS-induced inflammatory response in mammary epithelial cells of dairy goats


ABSTRACT: An in vitro mastitis cell model was constructed by treating mammary epithelial cells of dairy goats with LPS and intervening with cyanidin 3-O-galactoside as a way, to elucidate and explore the key mechanisms involved in the process of inflammation alleviation by cyanidin 3-O-galactoside.
