Comparative proteomics between 2D and 3D (neurospheres) cultured NSCs


ABSTRACT: Neurospheres are a relevant 3D model with many applications, but it lacks sufficient omics studies. Here, we performed a comparative proteomics experiment to investigate what distinguishes a 2D from a 3D culture of Neural Stem Cells (NSCs). In both cases, NSCs were iPSC-derived.
