Mouse subcutaneous white adipose tissue.


ABSTRACT: MThe methionine reactivity in subcutaneous white adipose tissue (sWAT) samples from the non-tumor or tumor mice was unbiasedly analyzed using oxaziridine chemical tool. It provides which proteinaceous methinoines in sWAT could regulated under the progression of cachexia by pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
