Dynamic exchange of CRL4 regulated by CAND1 and CAND2
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: CAND1 and CAND2 have been established as exhange factors for CRL1s, however, how they regulate the dynamic exchange of CRL4s remains not fully understood. This project aims to study and compare the effect of CAND proteins on the exchange levels of multiple DCAFs, thus providing insights into the function of these key Cullin-binding proteins in an important family of Cullin-RING ligases.
