MSRA-MSRA interaction validation using TurboID.

ABSTRACT: TurboID-mMSRA stably expressed cells were analyzed to validate whether MSRA can interact with MSRA. To address this, we utilize the MSRA/TurboID ratio at both global and enriched levels, incorporating protein group intensity as well as spectral count.
