IP-MS analysis of DDX49 in HHL5 cells


ABSTRACT: To explore d the proteins that associated with DDX49 in metabolic associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), We overexpressed DDX49 with Flag tag in HHL5 cells, then treated with OA/PA for 24 hours, and performed immunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry to search for the proteins that bind to DDX49.
