Identification of DCTPP1 interacting proteins by LC-MS/MS


ABSTRACT: To characterize the protein interactome of DCTPP1 in HTR-8 cells, immunoprecipitation (IP) assays were executed. Samples underwent LC-MS/MS analysis coupled with label-free quantification for interactome profiling.
