MAP3K1 proximity labeling LC-MSMS in mouse keratinocytes

ABSTRACT: MAP3K1 is a 196 kDa protein with a large N-terminal regulatory domain that mediates interactions with a wide array of signaling and regulatory proteins. To profile the interactome, we isolated keratinocytes from transgenic mouse, expressing a Cre-inducible TurboID-tagged MAP3K1 and performed biotin-labeling proteomics in these cells.
