Co-immunoprecipitation coupled with mass for DNR1 in rice


ABSTRACT: DNR1 is a key factor that regulates the response of rice nitrogen use efficiency.In an attempt to determine the target(s) of DNR1, we performed co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) coupled with mass spectrometry analysis to search for DNR1 interactors.
