Proteomic analysis in root tip of maize under salt and osmotic stress

ABSTRACT: In this study, the metabolic adjustments performed by maize (Zea mays L) seminal roots exposed to 10 or 100 mM NaCl or 16% (w/v) PEG at pre-emergence are compared, focusing on the proteomic changes after metal exposure.
