Proteomic analysis of cow milk derived extracellular vesicles from cows with different insulin resistance stages


ABSTRACT: Cows were classified into dofferent insulin resisitance (IR) groups as low, moderate and high IR. Milk samples were collected and extracellular vesicles were isolated and proteomic cargo files were studies and compard among diffrent IR groups to identigy potential biomarkers.

The transition from gestation to lactation is a critical period that leads to insulin resistance (IR) in dairy cows.
