Human serum proteomics of pancreatic cancer


ABSTRACT: We analyzed a total of 60 human serum samples, including healthy controls, patients with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms, and patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Parallel reaction monitoring liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry was performed for quantitative analysis.
