Heat tolerance of pakchoi (Brassica rapa L. chinensis) to high temperature: physiological, transcriptomic, and proteomic perspectives

ABSTRACT: To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying heat stress tolerance in pakchoi, we investigated the physiological indicators and conducted comprehensive transcriptomic and proteomic profiling of leaves from a heat-tolerant pakchoi line.
