Protein enrichment of human ascites fluid using Nanotrap hydrogel particle technology DDA

ABSTRACT: Compare protein and peptide identification, technical reproducibility, proteome depth, dynamic range, and gene ontology enrichment of ascites fluid. Enrichment will selectively isolate low abundance proteins and exclude high abundance proteins, enhancing depth of proteomic coverage.
