LC-MS/MS analysis of phosphorylation modifications of CRTC2 in IR-treated HCCLM3 cells


ABSTRACT: To systematically identify interaction proteins and phophorylation modifications of CRTC2 in response to DNA damage, we performed PTM assessments by using unbiased, label-free liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with CRTC2 pulldown lysates from irradiation (IR)-treated HCCLM3 cells.
