This study presents a comparative analysis of three LysC endopeptidase homologues from <i>Achromobacter lyticus</i> (<i>A. lyticus</i>),<i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> and <i>Lysobacter enzymogenes</i> for mass spectrometry-based proteomics.
