Proteomic profiling of VeA knockout, overexpression, and wild-type strains in Cordyceps

ABSTRACT: This study investigates the proteomic alterations associated with the VeA gene in Cordyceps. Comparative proteomic analysis was performed across wild-type, VeA knockout, and VeA overexpression strains to reveal differentially expressed proteins and pathways related to fungal development, secondary metabolism, and stress responses. The results provide insights into the functional role of VeA in fungal physiology.
