Proteomic analysis of SKOV3 cells expressing wild-type and mutant IGF2BP2-TurboID


ABSTRACT: Proteomic dataset identifying IGF2BP2-associated proteins in SKOV3 cells using a TurboID-based proximity labeling approach. Wild-type and mutant IGF2BP2-TurboID constructs were compared to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which IGF2BP2 regulates mRNA translation.
