BN-PAGE analysis of DJ-1 KO dopaminergic neurons

ABSTRACT: We subjected digitonin-soluble lysates of DJ-1 KO and isogenic control neurons to non-denaturing blue-native PAGE (BN-PAGE) to visualize and separate multi-subunit protein complexes associated with DJ-1.
