Discovery of Regulatory Complexes in Arabidopsis via Protein–Metabolite Mapping During Pseudomonas Infection

ABSTRACT: Protein–metabolite interactions (PMIs) are critical regulators of cellular processes, yet their roles in plant–pathogen interactions remain poorly understood. Here, we applied PROMIS (Protein–Metabolite Interactions using Size separation) to map the Arabidopsis interactome during infection with Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000.

INSTRUMENT(S):

ORGANISM(S): Bacteria Pseudomonas Syringae Pv. Tomato Str. Dc3000 Arabidopsis Thaliana (mouse-ear Cress)

TISSUE(S): Plant Cell, Leaf
