Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DbCM) impairs cardiac performance through complex mechanisms, which limits effective therapies. We investigated the protein networks of calmodulin (CaM), a striatin (STRN)-binding protein implicated in DbCM, and compared them with the STRN network from the same tissues.
