Phosphorylated RNAPII interactome via 4H8 antibody IP with OGG1 inhibitor

ABSTRACT: RNAPII pull down of chromatin associated proteins in the Flp-In T-REx HEK293 parental cell line. Phosphorylated RNAPII interactome was measured in six conditions; Untreated (with and without OGG1i), 1mM H2O2 treatment for 15minutes (with and without OGG1i) and 2 hours recovery following media washout (with and without OGG1i)
