Proteomic profiling of RAD52 interactome upon CPSF6 knockdown

ABSTRACT: Proteomic profiling of the RAD52 interactome was performed by immunoprecipitation followed by mass spectrometry (IP-MS). RAD52-Flag was immunoprecipitated from HEK293T cells upon depletion of CPSF6 (with shCPSF6) or under control conditions (shNC). The co-precipitated proteins were then identified by mass spectrometry.
