Study partners of ABI1 protein by proteomics

ABSTRACT: We are analyzing the WAVE complex in NHS KO vs. parental MCF10A cells by performing TAP of FLAG-GFP ABI1, a WAVE complex subunit. This follows our sucrose gradient analysis, where we observed a slight shift of the WAVE complex towards heavier fractions in NHS KO cells, indicating potential additional binding partners.
