Proteomic Analysis of Lysine Crotonylation (Kcr) in Reynoutria japonica Seedlings


ABSTRACT: This project presents the first proteome-wide overview of lysine crotonylation (Kcr) in Reynoutria japonica. A total of 18,914 Kcr sites were identified across 5,842 proteins, and six conserved motifs were characterized. The dataset provides a valuable reference for future epigenetic studies in medicinal plants and offers insights into post-translational regulation in R. japonica.
