ABSTRACT: Primary human cholangiocytes, sourced from one of three vendors (DDA experiment: ABM or Creative Bioarray; DIA experiment: ScienCell), were plated to 200,000 cells per replicate/condition in a 6-well plate, and then treated for 18 hours with heterobifunctional degrader Compound X (DDA: 0, 1, or 10 uM; DIA: 0, 0.3, 1, or 3 uM).
