N-terminal proteomics analysis of α-synuclein IP samples from HAP1 WT, NAA20 KO and NAA25 KO.

ABSTRACT: N-terminal proteomics analysis of α-synuclein IP samples deriving from HAP1 WT, NAA20 KO and NAA25 KO to verify its N-terminal acetylation status. α-synuclein was overexpressed with a FLAG tag and immunoprecipitated from cell lysates with FLAG-Trap. Untransfected samples were included as controls.
