DIA-MS to characterise lung cancer proteomic signature in blood plasma

ABSTRACT: DIA-MS plasma proteomics of a cohort of 490 lung cancer cases and 124 age-, sex-match controls collected post-diagnosis and pre-treatments. The cohort covers all stages, major histologies and smoking exposures and were recruited from Princess Margaret Cancer Centre’s Lung-CALIBRE program (Lung cancer Clinical And Liquid biopsy, Implementation, Breathomics, Radiomics for Early detection.
