Phosphoproteomics of osteoclast differentiation in NT and CD300ld KO RAW264.7 cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset contains mass spectrometry–based phosphoproteomics of murine RAW264.7 macrophage cells comparing non-targeting control (NT) and CD300ld knockout (CD300ld KO) lines following in vitro osteoclast differentiation. Cells were induced toward osteoclasts using the standard RANKL-driven differentiation protocol, and phosphopeptides were enriched prior to LC–MS/MS analysis. The dataset enables the investigation of CD300ld-dependent phosphorylation signaling events during osteoclastogenesis. Raw MS files and processed identification/quantification results are provided.
