DIA-based quantitative proteomic analysis of cold-responsive proteins in Pseudomonas strains
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset describes a quantitative proteomic analysis of cold-responsive proteins in Pseudomonas strains. Bacterial cultures were grown under low-temperature (0 °C) and optimal-temperature (28 °C) conditions, and proteins were extracted from cells harvested at the exponential growth phase. Four representative strains were analyzed, each with three independent biological replicates per condition. Data-independent acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry was used to characterize global proteome changes associated with cold adaptation.
