Proteomics analysis using Ethoxzolamide in RKO cells


ABSTRACT: This study employs quantitative proteomics to investigate the global protein expression changes in human colorectal carcinoma RKO cells induced by treatment with the compound EZA. Cells were treated with EZA or DMSO (vehicle control) for 24 hours prior to proteomic analysis.
