ABSTRACT: Mass spectrometry-based 3X-FLAG-Ub-VS deubiquitinase (DUB) competition assay with cell extracts (DUB IP-MS) profiling MCF-7 cells with regard to specificity of WEHI-092, a selective inhibitor for USP9X.
