P. putida JAG1 proteome comparison with acetate and glucose as sole carbon sources

ABSTRACT: Proteome analysis was done to investigate the overall differences of the rhamnolipid producer P. putida JAG1 proteome during conversion of glucose or acetate as sole carbon sources in mineral salt medium. Samples were taken in log-phase.
