Trypanosoma brucei MICOS IPs BSF

ABSTRACT: Two subunits of the mitochondrial contact site and cristae organizing system (MICOS) were endogenously tagged with HA in the bloodstream form of the parasite and subjected to immunoprecipitation. These subunits pull down all other known complex members plus some additional novel interactors.
