Predicting plant response to combined stresses (CO2 and Heat)


ABSTRACT: The Peersim project produced 22 replicates of Arabidopsis thaliana leaf samples treated with either 1000ppm CO2 (eCO2), 30C for 30h (eTemperature) or a combination of both (eC_eT). Multiple omic analyses (total RNA-seq, smallRNA-seq, proteomics, metabolomics (GC-MS and LC-MS) as well as PAM-fluorescence measurements were generated for each sample
