PMSF/vanadate oxidation effect on Human PANC-1 cells


ABSTRACT: Cysteines play critical roles in redox regulation and can be covalently engaged by electrophiles to inform on cysteine function and targetability. Here, we compare cysteine engagement by a PMSF/orthovanadate-derived oxidant with that of pervanadate, another vanadium-based oxidant.
