Desvenlafaxine promotes antibiotic resistance gene transfer in Acinetobacter baylyi ADP1
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset contains label-free quantitative proteomics data from Acinetobacter baylyi ADP1 cells exposed to the antidepressant desvenlafaxine at 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L, compared to untreated controls. Samples were processed by trypsin/Lys-C digestion and analyzed by LC-MS/MS on a Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer coupled to a Vanquish NEO HPLC system. Protein identification and label-free quantification were performed using Proteome Discoverer 3.2. Three biological replicates per condition were included.
