Dataset Information

HIPK2 loss promotes TDP-43 cytoplasmic mis-localization through MAPK-pathway and is associated with TDP-43 proteinopathy in vivo

ABSTRACT: This project investigates the role of HIPK2 in regulating TDP-43 localization. This part of the study focused on: 1. Performing interactome analysis of TDP-43 in Control (Ctrli) and HIPK2-silenced (HIPK2i) SH-SY5Y cells; 2. Characterizing phosphorylation, acetylation and ubiquitination events on TDP-43 in Ctrli and HIPK2i SH-SY5Y cells.
