Multiomics Profiling of HERV Modulation and Immune Activation via RIG-I and IFNAR Pathways in Human Airway Epithelial Cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Comprehensive multiomics analysis to investigate host cell responses upon immune system activation in human non-tumoral airway epithelial cells (BEAS-2B). Transcriptome and proteome profiling were integrated to capture global gene and protein expression changes, together with the modulation of Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs), focusing on two distinct immune activation checkpoints: RIG-I and downstream IFNAR interferon receptors.
