Tyrosine supplementation in C. elegans at 15 °C and 20 °C


ABSTRACT: Tyrosine supplementation extends lifespan in C. elegans. To understand the molecular mechanisms of tyrosine-induced longevity, we analyzed differences in protein expression comparing day-5 adult C. elegans grown at cold (15 °C) and 20 °C (standard) after development.
