Label-free quantitative proteomics of Drosophila melanogaster cells across different time points

ABSTRACT: This project involves a label-free quantitative proteomics analysis of Drosophila melanogaster using Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) mode on a Q-Exactive HF X mass spectrometer. The study includes 36 samples derived from glia cells (G) , S2 cells (S) and muscle cells (m).
