Label-Free Quantitative LC-MS/MS Proteomic Profiling of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells Treated with Direct Oral Anticoagulants
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset contains label-free quantitative (LFQ) LC-MS/MS proteomics data generated from human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) treated with therapeutically relevant concentrations of the direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) apixaban, rivaroxaban, edoxaban, and dabigatran, together with untreated vehicle controls. Each treatment group consists of three independent biological replicates with three technical LC-MS/MS replicates per biological sample. The objective of the study was to characterize proteome-wide changes associated with DOAC exposure in endothelial cells. The submission includes the original raw mass spectrometry files, Proteome Discoverer 2.5 result files, protein- and peptide-level identification andquantification exports, and supporting documentation required for data interpretation and reuse.
