Plasma proteomics of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) involves progressive remodeling of the pulmonary vasculature and right ventricle, yet much of our understanding of disease progression relies on rodent studies because opportunities for investigation in humans are limited. We integrated plasma proteomic, metabolomic, and lipidomic profiles from 402 patients with PAH and 76 healthy controls.
