FUT3-associated proteomic profiling in T3M4 pancreatic cancer cells following FUT3 knockdown

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains co-immunoprecipitation-based quantitative proteomic data generated from T3M4 pancreatic cancer cells following FUT3 knockdown. FUT3-associated protein complexes were enriched by co-immunoprecipitation and subsequently analyzed by TMT-based LC-MS/MS. The aim of this experiment was to identify proteins whose association with FUT3 was reduced after FUT3 depletion and thereby screen potential downstream effectors of FUT3. This proteomic analysis contributed to the identification of DDX21 as a candidate FUT3-associated protein involved in pancreatic cancer metastasis.
