Lifestyle Matters (LiMa) Mice Liver Histone Proteomics

ABSTRACT: The LiMa project consist of a C57BL/6JOlaHSD mice model with three experimental groups: control (CNT), high fat diet (HFD) fed, and HFD fed subjected to a lifestyle intervention (INT). The project objectives is to study how the HFD and intervention shape liver metabolism and how these changes interact with the gut microbiota.
