CHCHD10 interactome in APP/PS1;CHCHD10 transgenic mouse brain identified by immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry

ABSTRACT: CHCHD10 is a mitochondrial intermembrane space protein implicated in mitochondrial homeostasis and neurodegeneration. To characterize proteins associated with CHCHD10 in vivo, CHCHD10-containing protein complexes were immunoprecipitated from APP/PS1;CHCHD10 transgenic mouse brains and analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This dataset provides the CHCHD10-associated proteome identified in Alzheimer's disease model mouse brain and was generated to investigate molecular pathways linked to CHCHD10 function.
