Proteomic datasets of Enterococcus faecalis isolated from 5-FU treated cancer patients

ABSTRACT: This study presents proteomic datasets of Enterococcus faecalis isolates from cancer patients treated with 5-fluorouracil. The twelve strains are categorized into two groups based on their minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) to 5FU: the low MIC group (Efs-LM) and the high MIC group (Efs-HM). The raw data have been deposited to OMIX (accession: OMIX015923) under BioProject PRJCA055521. Data accessibility: Open-access. Planned release date: 2026-04-30.
