Project description:Four groups of C57 mice were gavaged with CMC, ethanol, DEHP and ethanol+DEHP for 28 continuous days. At the end of the experiment, livers were harvested to carry out Whole genome resequencing, we found that metabolism related genes were significantly changed in the DEHP and ethanol+DEHP groups compared with control groups, but there was no significant change between them.

Project description:Eight-week-old female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups (20 per group), the negative control group and positive control group were injected i.p. with normal saline (NS) or OVA (0.05 mg/day) for three times (days 1, 3, and 5), and one group was added in which the miR-676-3P mimic was given by caudal vein injection at a concentration of 7 mg/kg body weight right after the second intraperitoneal injection of OVA (day 3).
